Usually, it takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3-4 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia: 2-14 business days
Japan: 4-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
In general we do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea
An additional customs and tax may apply to international orders. This fee is not under our control and is evaluated by the local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly for each country, so check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbor, please contact us at email@example.com indicating your order number.

After the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with a shipping tracking link. Sometimes it is necessary to wait a few days immediately after shipment before being able to see the real position of the order.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders and across all our shipping zones. For all other areas not covered there may be additional costs. More information see shipping policy
Any claims for incorrect / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date. Complaints deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense. RaptorFit offers refunds only for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remedy.
Even sizes ordered by mistake will not be eligible for refunds from RaptorFit
In this case, we recommend that you pay attention to the size guide on each product page. Exception for customers residing in Brazil who must contact our Customer Service and express the will to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receipt.
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If this happens, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged / wrong items and we will solve the problem.
We do not currently offer trade on apparel products. This is because we adopt an order-on-demand system and produce the item especially for you. If you're not sure which size would fit best, take a look at our size chart: we have one for each item listed in our shop, in the product description section. Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered has the wrong label. If so, please notify us at email@example.com within one week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photo of the mislabeled item and we will send you a new one or issue a refund!
Yes except for the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea
Some items cannot be exchanged for reasons of customer safety and hygiene.
Sizes ordered by mistake will NOT be eligible for refunds from RaptorFit.
Underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Face masks cannot be returned or refunded once the package has been opened for health protection reasons.
Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

We are very sorry if the product you ordered has arrived damaged. To help us solve this problem for you quickly, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact form that you will find in the contact us section within 4 weeks with photos of the damaged product, number of order and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution!
We are unable to make any changes to your order once you have hit the "submit order" button, this includes the following:
Change of article or size Delivery / billing address
Adding items to your order
If you enter the wrong address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible and unable to refund / replace this order.
If you place an order with more products you could receive it in different days because they could be shipped from different warehouses and closer to the destination city depending on the type of product in order to speed up delivery times.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to make sure we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently:

The name of the item you did not receive
The name of the item you received in its place
A clear photograph of the item you received, including the logo

You can purchase a Gift Card via the accessories page on the RaptorFit website. Gift vouchers are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the unique gift voucher code that you will need to enter at checkout.
The validity of our Gift Card depends on where you are in the world, see our Website Terms and Conditions for more information.
Place the order using your details (name and e-mail address) and forward the Gift Card.

There are no particular requirements to be able to enter the world of RaptorFit athletes because each shows unique qualities or skills! The peculiarity is not to have a wonderful body but to positively influence others. We are always looking for new talents.
